First, the motor does not run
Causes of the problem: the power supply of the belt juicer is off, the motor winding is disconnected, the carbon brush is seriously worn, the governor is in bad contact or damaged, and the motor bearing is damaged. Troubleshooting: First check that the fuse and power cable are restored to normal power supply, and then check whether the internal wiring is damaged. Then roll the motor shaft by hand, check the lubrication and wear of the bearing, and properly participate in the lubricant or replace the worn bearing. Then look at the carbon brush and commutator contact, cleaning commutator, adjust the carbon brush spring pressure, so that the carbon brush and commutator contact is good; If it is badly worn, it should be replaced. Check the governor. If the contact is bad, it should be connected to the ground or replaced. Use a multimeter to check whether the motor has voltage. If there is no voltage, the fault is electrical; If there is voltage, disconnect the power supply and check the motor windings. If there is a break, wrap it from the head and replace the motor if necessary.
Two, motor overheating
The causes of the problem are as follows: The power supply voltage is too high; The motor winding inside the belt juicer is short-circuited; Serious lack of oil, serious bearing wear; Too much fodder or too much hard fruit. Fix the problem: First, remove too much or too hard fruit and see if it recovers. If the feed is normal, measure the operating voltage. When the voltage is too high, wait for the voltage to return to normal, or use a regulator to reduce the pressure. If the voltage is normal, please apply a small amount of grease on the bearing and replace the badly worn bearing; Finally, the motor windings. In case of short circuit, the motor should be switched on or replaced from scratch.
Third, lack of pressure
The cause of the problem: the safety valve regulating pressure of the belt juicer is too low or the spool is stuck; Pressure limiting valve ball rupture or valve seat wear; Loose pipe joint or seal damage oil leakage. Problem solving: Look at the pipe and each joint first. In case of oil leakage, tighten the joint or replace the sealing ring; Then adjust the pressure of the relief valve correctly. If the pressure cannot be adjusted, indicate the fault on the relief valve or pressure limiting valve. Remove relief valve view, if spool stuck, repair spool and seat; The lower pressure valve should then be removed. If the ball is found to be worn, the spring bent or cracked, it should be replaced. Four, insufficient flow
Causes of the problem: the plunger coupling to adapt to the gap is too large; Plunger or plunger spring fracture; Oil leakage in each joint; Too low oil temperature can not absorb oil, too high oil temperature can not form volume efficiency; If the level is too low, pump suction. Problem solving: first look at hydraulic oil, oil level too low should be increased; Then check whether each joint leaks oil and tighten the joint to replace the sealing circle. Then check that the oil temperature is between 20 and 50 degrees Celsius. If the oil temperature is too low, preheat it. If the oil temperature is too high, stop cooling. Take a final look at the plunger couplings and replace worn plunger couplings and broken plunger springs.
Five. Too much noise
Causes of the problem: the bearing in the belt juicer is seriously short of oil or damaged; Feed raw materials excellent; Bad contact between carbon brush and commutator or serious wear of carbon brush. Problem treatment: when the noise or oscillation is too large, can reduce the amount of fruit feed; If the problem still exists, bearings should be considered. When the bearing has obvious turbulence or ball rupture, it should be replaced; When the bearing is short of oil, grease should be added; Finally see commutator and carbon brush wear, cleaning commutator, repair or replace the carbon brush.
