Strawberry juice is a drink made from strawberries as the main raw material. Choose fully ripe berries and clean them, then put them in a juicer to separate the juice, or put the strawberries in a container and manually crush them into a pulp, pour them into a stainless steel pot or an aluminum pot, add a small amount of water to heat up and boil, then quickly. Turn off the heat and cool down. After 5 to 6 minutes, filter it with 3 to 4 layers of gauze, and use a utensil to help squeeze the juice out. Then add 300-400 grams of sugar and 2 grams of citric acid per kilogram of filtrate. After stirring evenly, put the juice into a sterile bottle or iron tank, seal it with a lid, and then put it in a hot 85°C. Sterilize in water for 20 minutes, and then naturally cool for 24 hours after taking it out. After inspection, it can be packed and put into storage after it meets the hygienic standards for beverages and food.
