1, the machine shall be placed on the horizontal concrete ground pad to level.
2. Check whether the screws of each part are fastened.
3, rotate the rotor by hand, check whether the rotation is flexible, and confirm that there is no scratch.
4. Switch on the power supply of the drive motor and check whether the rotation direction of the rotor is consistent with the rotation indicator. And run for 2 minutes, confirm everything is normal before continuous production of material in and out.
5. Cut off the power supply when stopping the machine, and rinse the inside and outside of the machine to keep clean.
6, machine grinding material, when there is a significant material size difference, please timely replace the sawtooth on the rotor.
7, often check whether the motor overload fever, found undesirable phenomenon, must contact the maintenance personnel repair.
8, check whether the transmission belt appears aging or cracking, if found, should be replaced in time.
9. Check whether the driving belt is slack or too tight. It is usually advisable to turn the belt 90O with your fingers. If it is too loose or too tight, adjust the adjusting bolt at the motor seat.
10. Check the wear of the rotor saw blade regularly and replace it if necessary.
11. The bearing should be replaced regularly with grease, and the normal operating temperature of the bearing should be less than 80℃
