Apple crushing juicer

Apple crushing and juicing machine is composed of apple crusher by hammer, screen, spindle, body and other parts.  It is composed of hopper, crushing device, front bracket, screw, filter screen, juice container, back bracket, slag trough and other components.  The left end of the screw is supported in the rolling bearing seat, and the right end is supported in the handwheel bearing seat.  The motor drives the screw through the triangle pulley.

 Working principle of apple crushing and juicing machine: the main component of the equipment is the crushing device installed on the hopper, the rotor has four groups of flying knife and a group of bottom knife.  The flying knife rotates around its own axis in the fixed gap between the bottom knives, so that fruits and vegetables are crushed into 2-5 mm particle size, directly into the spiral juicing system, improve the juicing effect.  The main ingredient of spiral juicing is spiral.  The diameter of the bottom of the screw increases gradually along the direction of the slag mouth, but the pitch decreases gradually.  When the material is pushed by the screw, the volume of the screw cavity decreases, forming an extrusion of the material.
