Juicing is the process of pushing an object (extrusion surface) to remove liquid and gaseous substances from a mixture of solid, liquid and gaseous substances from a limited space (extrusion chamber). If the extrusion equipment is reasonable, only gas and liquid materials can be pushed out of the extrusion chamber, while solid materials can remain in the extrusion chamber.
Factors affecting fruit juice output include:
1. Compression force: in a certain pressure range, the amount of juice is proportional to the compression force. But the scope is crucial.
2. The crushing degree of fruit syrup slurry.
3. Extrusion layer thickness.
4. Pre-drained juice.
5. Juice additives, with or without additives, affect the juice rate up to 11.7%.
