The machine is composed of frame, upper and lower drive shaft, deceleration drive assembly, pressure roller combination, pressure filter belt, cleaning belt component, feed component, tensioning device, with rectifying component, booster device, safety protection device, air pressure control component, cleaning water filter device and so on.
The motor is controlled by the frequency converter and can realize continuous and steady constant power speed regulation. The press belt is woven with nylon silk warp and weft. It is acid and alkali resistant, in line with food hygiene, easy to produce juice, non-absorbent and high strength.
Press roll: according to the flow direction, the radius of the contact press roll decreases and the curvature increases. L type roller structure is unique and reasonable, all kinds of roller configuration, including stainless steel roller, glue roller, reasonable size distribution.
The pressing belt is tightened automatically by air bag, which is not only stable but also avoids overload, safe and reliable, and equipped with pressure relay, which can automatically and safely stop and realize the whole process automation.
The cleaning of the press belt adopts spiral surface (arc) filter screen to automatically filter and discharge slag, equipped with high pressure pump and injection device, which can filter and clean the pressure filter belt conveniently, so that the machine has a good effect of juice and energy saving.
